As the distractions of the virtual world churn within the mind, it is these very distractions that become loudest thoughts and loudest voices within our heads. Everything from the undeniable need to constantly check our smartphones to constantly checking on our kids is the result of the wandering of the mind.
As the woman understood her emotions, she also understood what would happen next. There was a little voice within her that told her what was wrong with her, or what was going to go wrong with her. The woman knew that she was going to fall sick to get back her husband’s attention. She was going to repeat her childhood pattern to gain the attention that she had lost.

The little woman saw no point in doing something for herself and sunk deeper into her couch, clutching tightly onto her mobile phone.

The entire process of thinking up different menus, doing grocery shopping, spreading the ingredients across the table, cutting the vegetables, and sauteing the recipes, gave her interesting moments.
